利用規約Terms of Use

1. 適用範囲1. Scope

本規約は、Nacit（ナシット、以下「当社」）が運営するウェブサイト（nacit.pages.dev および関連ページ、以下「本サイト」）ならびに当社が提供する無料診断・伴走支援・Bloomer先行登録（以下「本サービス」）のご利用に適用されます。本サービスをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。 These Terms of Use apply to the website operated by Nacit (nacit.pages.dev and related pages, "the Site") and all services provided by Nacit, including the free organisational diagnosis, companion support, and Bloomer waitlist registration (collectively "the Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. 利用条件2. Conditions of Use

本サービスをご利用いただくにあたり、以下の条件を満たしていることを前提とします。The following conditions apply to use of the Services.

• 法人・個人事業主・任意団体、またはそれらに準ずる組織に属する方（または代表者）であることYou are a representative of a company, sole proprietorship, voluntary organisation, or equivalent entity
• 日本国内の法令および本規約を遵守できることYou can comply with applicable Japanese law and these Terms
• 無料診断フォームへの入力内容が真実かつ正確であることInformation submitted via the free diagnosis form is truthful and accurate

3. 禁止事項3. Prohibited Actions

利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。Users must not engage in any of the following.

• 虚偽の情報を入力・送信することSubmitting false or misleading information
• 本サービスを通じて取得した診断結果・資料を、当社の書面による許可なく第三者に開示・転用・販売することDisclosing, repurposing, or selling diagnosis results or materials obtained through the Services to third parties without Nacit's written permission
• 本サイトのシステムやインフラに過大な負荷をかける行為、不正アクセス、その他技術的妨害行為Placing excessive load on Site infrastructure, unauthorised access, or other technical interference
• 法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用Using the Services for any purpose that violates applicable law or public order

4. 診断結果の性質と免責4. Nature of Diagnosis Results and Disclaimer

無料診断で提供するボトルネック仮説・分析レポートは、利用者からご提供いただいた情報をもとにした参考情報（仮説）です。当社はその正確性・完全性・有用性を保証するものではなく、診断結果に基づく経営判断・事業上の意思決定は、すべて利用者自身の責任において行われるものとします。当社は、診断結果の利用によって生じたいかなる損害（直接・間接・付随的損害を含む）についても、責任を負いません。 The bottleneck hypotheses and analysis reports provided through the free diagnosis are reference information (hypotheses) based on information submitted by users. Nacit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of diagnosis results. All management decisions and business judgements made based on diagnosis results are the sole responsibility of the user. Nacit accepts no liability for any damages (including direct, indirect, or incidental damages) arising from the use of diagnosis results.

5. 提出資料・機密情報の取り扱い5. Submitted Materials and Confidential Information

利用者が診断フォームから提出された資料・情報（添付ファイル・テキスト等）は、診断の実施および当社との支援プロセスの目的にのみ使用します。利用者の同意なく第三者に開示することはありません。ただし、送信データは当社のインフラパートナー（Cloudflare、Resend）のサービスを経由します（詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください）。機密性の高い情報については、事前に当社へご相談のうえご提出ください。 Materials and information submitted via the diagnosis form (attachments, text, etc.) are used solely for the purpose of conducting the diagnosis and the subsequent support process. They will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent. Note that submitted data passes through our infrastructure partners (Cloudflare, Resend) — see our Privacy Policy for details. For highly sensitive information, please consult with us before submitting.

6. Bloomer先行登録について6. Bloomer Waitlist

Bloomerは現在開発中のAIプロダクトです。先行登録はサービスの提供を保証するものではなく、リリース時の優先案内を目的としたものです。開発状況によっては、仕様変更・リリース時期の変更・提供中止が生じる場合があります。当社はこれらの変更によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。 Bloomer is an AI product currently in development. Waitlist registration does not guarantee service provision; it is solely for the purpose of priority notification upon launch. Specifications, release timing, or availability may change depending on development progress. Nacit accepts no liability for damages arising from such changes.

7. 知的財産権7. Intellectual Property

本サイトおよび本サービスに掲載されているテキスト・画像・ロゴ・診断手法（クロス分析）等の一切の著作物は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。当社の書面による許可なく、複製・転用・二次利用することを禁じます。 All content on the Site and Services — including text, images, logos, and the diagnosis methodology (Cross-Analysis) — belongs to Nacit or its rightful owners. Reproduction, repurposing, or secondary use without Nacit's written permission is prohibited.

8. サービスの変更・中断・終了8. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination

当社は、利用者への事前通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更、一時中断、または終了することができるものとします。これらによって利用者に生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。 Nacit may modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate the Services without prior notice to users. Nacit accepts no liability for damages incurred by users as a result of such changes.

9. 規約の変更9. Changes to These Terms

当社は必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイト上でお知らせします。改定後に本サービスをご利用いただいた場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。 Nacit may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes on the Site. Continued use of the Services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. 準拠法・管轄裁判所10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

本規約は日本法に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。本規約に関する一切の紛争については、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over Nacit's place of business as the court of first instance.
