While developing Bloomer and other applications, he kept returning to one question: how AI should work inside organisations — and how to keep human judgement at the centre.
その過程で見えてきたのが、「経営と現場のズレ」という構造的な問題だった。AI以前に、組織の情報と判断のズレを解かなければ何も動かない。その確信からNacitを立ち上げた。 Through that work, a structural pattern became clear: the gap between strategy and the floor. Before AI, before tools — if the organisation's information and judgement are misaligned, nothing moves. That conviction led to Nacit.

AIは確率で「それっぽく続けている」道具で、事実は保証しません。素材としては優秀でも、判断は人間に残す。何より「その課題をAIに任せるか、人が引き受けるか」を見極める分別こそ、人間の最初の仕事だと考えています。 AI is a tool that "plausibly continues" by probability — it doesn't guarantee facts. Excellent as material, but the judgment stays human. Above all, discerning whether a problem belongs to AI or to a person is, I believe, the human's first job.
